Cummins Business Excellence Award
	This Award consists of a crystal top with a clear dome in the back and a flower etched into the circle. The large one has a detachable base which comes back to us every quarter to have the winners details engraved on this one the base will last over four years and at the end of that only a new base is required. The smaller version is given to the winner of each quarter to keep.
