Art Transfer

NOTE: All electronic art must be confirmed with .jpg .gif or hard copy, sent by fax or mail.

Vector(line) art is preferred this is usually in the format of .ai .pdf or .eps
if you are not sure of a pdf, open the pdf and zoom in, if the image stays clear it is a vector image.

 ACCEPTABLE FORMATS

 FONTS

Fonts can be a major problem when sending art.
These problems can be avoided if you convert fonts to graphics.
The terminology is:

 SCANNED FORMATS

Black & white only. We accept the following formats: .tif .jpg .bmp .eps .pdf .psd

The minimum recommended scanning resolution is 300 dpi.
You will get better results if you scan at 200% and let us reduce the size to fit the product.

 

 FILE COMPRESSION

Any Zip format or Stuff It compression can be easily handled. Using a compressed format can help a file transfer better by making it smaller, reducing download time.
