This piece has an actual sample of oil drilled from the site inside a drop shape piece of blown glass. It is the set on a base of acrylic and the rest of the resin in poured on top, with the high quality resin used the join line almost nonexistent so the drop seems to float in the one piece shape. Because it is an acrylic we can easily apply colour pad or screen printing.
